3) DO I NEED A PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING THIS KIND OF BUSINESS?

You may or may not have experience in managing similar business but have the willingness to learn the business: having a personal, financial, and emotional commitment to operate the business is enough. The OK CAFE.PH Operations Manual is structured to help you learn the ways of operating an OK CAFE.PH outlet, and the OK CAFE.PH team will always be there to help and support you.

4) WILL THE FRANCHISOR HELP ME FIND A GOOD LOCATION?

It depends on where you want to open your “OK CAFE.PH” outlet. The Franchisee may have to find the right location. You should be able to convince yourself that there is market for the business concept in the site you choose. Study carefully. Weigh the pros and cons. Consider where you live and familiarization with the neighborhood. The franchisor will approve whether it is the right outlet site for you.

5) WILL OK CAFE.PH ASSIST WITH BUSINESS AND EQUIPMENT NEEDED IN THE “OK CAFE.PH” OUTLET?

The Franchisee is responsible of registering the business and obtaining all required permits and licenses. The OK CAFE.PH Operations Manual explains the procedures and guidelines for registering the business and obtaining permits and licenses.

6) WHERE DO WE PURCHASE THE REGISTRATION AND PERMIT PROCESSING SUCH DTI, SEC, BIR, ETC.?

As a Franchisee, you are required to purchase the products from us. You are allowed to purchase the equipment from an outsource supplier. You will be provided with a Procurement Program to guide you upon purchasing all the things that you need to set up the outlet.

7) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY INVESTMENT TO BE RETURNED?

It is determined by a variety of factors, including sales, investment, and the Franchisee’s ability to efficiently manage his expenses. During the Franchisor-Franchisee Interview, this will be further discussed.

8) WILL I GET TRAINING TO RUN MY FRANCHISE?

OK CAFE.PH spent a great deal of time effort developing its service and system, and accepts no compromise in quality or control. In this regard, we required Franchisee and its staffs to complete our Training Program and demonstrate mastery of certain basic skills.

9) DO YOU HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE MANUAL FOR THE OPERATIONS?

Definitely! We will be providing a detailed Operations Manual to help you embrace the OK CAFE.PH System on every aspect of the franchised outlets’ day-to-day operation.
